How this ranking works
One method for every tool. We compared documented features and published prices; we did not run hands-on tests. Value carries the most weight.
Full methodThis list is for agents and small teams choosing a CRM to manage leads, follow up with their sphere and track deals. We compared documented features and published prices for 10 real estate CRMs and ranked them by value first, then features, then ease of use. Prices are the cheapest paid plan in USD as shown on each vendor's page on the check date. Three vendors publish no prices and ask you to request a quote, so their prices are marked pending and they are ranked on documented features.
The verdict
Wise Agent comes first because one flat plan at $42 a month on annual billing covers up to five team members and already includes lead routing rules, drip campaigns and transaction management. Follow Up Boss is the stronger choice for teams living on paid leads, with customizable lead distribution and Action Plans from $58 per user. RealOffice360 is the cheapest at $12 a month for a solo agent, and IXACT Contact is the best fit for sphere marketing thanks to its automatic monthly e-newsletter. Lofty, Real Geeks, BoldTrail and CINC bundle websites and lead generation and cost far more.

Best forSolo agents and small teams that want every core CRM feature for one monthly price instead of per-seat billing.
Wise Agent takes first place because it prices the whole account, not each seat. The CRM plan costs $49 a month, or $499 a year, which works out to $42 a month, and Wise Agent says it covers up to five team members on a shared login. That plan already includes lead automation, drip campaigns, transaction management, landing pages, reporting and a monthly newsletter. Its lead automation page describes routing new leads by round robin, source, price point, location or custom rules, which is unusual at this price. The trade-offs come through add-ons. Individual logins with permissions cost $20 a month each, extra members are sold in batches of five for $20 a month, and texting through WiseText needs an $80 registration fee plus credits. The optional WiseSocial bundle raises the plan to $59 a month on annual billing. We compared documented features and published prices and did not run a trial account.
- ✓One price for a team of five keeps the cost per agent under $9 a month on annual billing
- ✓Lead routing and drip campaigns are included in the base plan
- ✓24/7 live support and unlimited training at no extra charge
- ✕Separate logins for each member cost $20 per month each
- ✕Texting needs the WiseText add-on with an $80 registration fee
- ✕Teams above five members pay $20 a month per batch of five
- Cheapest paid plan:
- CRM, $42 per month billed annually
- Team members included:
- Up to 5 on a shared login
- Free trial:

- Contract:

Bottom line: Wise Agent gives a small team routing, drips and transaction tracking for the price many rivals charge for one seat. Budget for separate logins if each agent needs private access.

Pro costs $499 a month, or $416 annually, for ten users and adds unlimited calling and texting for all users, team inboxes, call reporting and AI features such as predictive lead prioritization. Platform starts at $1,000 a month for 30 users. All plans list unlimited contacts, lead sources and integrations and seven-day phone and email support. Essentials Solo costs $12 a month billed at $144 a year, or $15 monthly, and covers unlimited contacts, a daily planner, smart client follow-ups, birthday and home anniversary reminders, a task calendar and goals, deals and commission tracking. It stops at five pipeline deals, so most working agents will want Premium Solo at $25 a month on annual billing, which adds automatic lead capture, unlimited deals, advanced task workflows, bulk email and Gmail and Outlook integration. Drip campaigns come through the Mailchimp integration rather than a built-in drip engine. Premium Team costs $50 a month for two users and adds shared contacts and pipelines, lead capture with assignment and commission splits. We compared documented features and published prices and did not run a trial account.
- ✓Cheapest verified paid plan on this list at $12 a month

Email marketing includes targeted drip campaigns, BombBomb video email, e-cards and open and click reports, and drip emails do not count against the 2,500 free mass emails each month. Team leaders pay the same rate and each team member $28.90 a month on annual billing. The pricing page does not list lead routing rules, IDX costs $50 a month extra and texting needs a purchased number. We compared documented features and published prices and did not run a trial account.

Best forAgents at brokerages that provide BoldTrail, and teams that want a broker-ready platform with back office options.
BoldTrail is Inside Real Estate's combined platform, and its homepage lists IDX websites, a lead engine, a smart CRM, Marketing Autopilot, transaction integration, business analytics and integrated AI as parts of the front office product. An AI-powered mobile app pushes high-intent signals to agents' phones with an AI assistant that helps them act quickly. The same vendor sells BoldTrail BackOffice for commissions, agent billing, onboarding and QuickBooks integration, and BoldTrail Recruit for brokerage recruiting. Packages are configured for agents, teams, brokers and enterprise, but the pricing page only offers a demo, so we could not verify a price. Many agents get BoldTrail through their brokerage, which can make it the cheapest option for them in practice. Independent agents and small teams buying on their own should expect a sales process. We compared documented features and published prices and did not run a trial account.
- ✓Broad platform that covers websites, CRM and marketing
- ✓Back office and recruiting products from the same vendor
- ✓Packages configured for agents, teams, brokers and enterprise
- ✕No public pricing; you must book a demo

Best forTeams spending heavily on online ads that need advanced lead routing and AI lead conversation.
CINC sells a CRM and IDX website together with paid lead generation, and its pricing page shows four plans by team size: Solo for one user, Ramp for up to four, Pro for up to 49 and Select for 50 or more. Every plan is marked Request Pricing. Core features include the CRM, AutoTracks automated nurture, mobile apps, landing pages, Seller Suite, mass messaging and video messaging. Lead routing is basic on Solo and advanced on the other plans, and Zapier, MOJO and BombBomb integrations start on Ramp. Google and Facebook buyer and seller leads, List Cast, remarketing and CINC AI start at $200 a month each, and the dialer costs $75 a month for three lines. Because plan prices are not published and most value depends on ad spend, it ranks near the bottom on a value-first list. We compared documented features and published prices and did not run a trial account.

- ✓Advanced lead routing for teams from the Ramp plan
- ✓Integrations with Zapier, MOJO and BombBomb on higher plans
- ✕No public plan prices
- ✕Lead products start at $200 per month each

Best forBrokerages and large teams that want Salesforce customization configured for real estate.
Propertybase is Lone Wolf's Salesforce-based real estate CRM, priced from $89 per user per month with the Force.com license included. It covers lead capture, routing and auto-matching of leads to listings, a deal pipeline from first enquiry to commission payout, built-in email marketing and property alerts, and Salesforce dashboards. Automation runs on Salesforce Flow, and Lone Wolf says Agentforce AI handles lead scoring and deal predictions. Authentisign e-signature is built in, with compliance checklists and milestone tracking from contract to close. The page describes scaling from 10 agents to more than 200 and access to over 4,000 apps on Salesforce AgentExchange. The trade-off for small buyers is complexity: it is sold through a demo, it is aimed at brokerages, and a Salesforce system needs more administration than the simpler CRMs above it. We compared documented features and published prices and did not run a trial account.
- ✓Salesforce platform and AgentExchange apps for deep customization
- ✓Lead routing and listing matching included
- ✓Mobile CRM on iOS and Android
- ✕$89 per user is steep for solo agents
- ✕Sales process runs through a demo
- ✕Salesforce-based setup takes more admin work
- Starting price:
- $89 per user per month
- Platform:
- Salesforce, Force.com license included
- Users:
- 20,000+ according to the vendor
- Owner:
- Lone Wolf Technologies
Bottom line: Propertybase is the right choice for a brokerage that wants Salesforce depth. Solo agents and small teams will get faster value from Wise Agent or Follow Up Boss.
What to check before you pay
Compare flat pricing with per-seat pricing
Wise Agent charges $42 a month on annual billing for up to five team members on a shared login, while Follow Up Boss Grow charges $58 per user. For a five-agent team that is $499 a year against $3,480 a year before add-ons. Solo agents see a much smaller gap.
Decide whether you need lead routing
Routing matters once more than one agent works the same lead flow. Wise Agent routes by round robin, source, price point or location, Follow Up Boss offers customizable lead distribution on Grow, and Real Geeks includes routing and lead ponds. RealOffice360 offers lead assignment only on its Team plan.
Check how drip campaigns are built
Wise Agent, IXACT Contact, Real Geeks and Top Producer list drip campaigns as built-in features. RealOffice360 relies on its Mailchimp integration for drips. IXACT Contact also sends a professionally written monthly e-newsletter for you.
Count the add-ons
Calling on Follow Up Boss Grow costs $33 per user on annual billing, Wise Agent texting needs an $80 registration fee plus $11 a month for 1,000 credits, and IXACT Contact IDX costs $50 a month. Add these to the base price before comparing.
Ask your brokerage first
Many brokerages license platforms such as BoldTrail, Lofty or Propertybase for their agents. If yours does, you may already have a CRM with routing and drips, and a second subscription may only make sense for a personal sphere database.
FAQ
What is the best CRM for real estate agents?
Wise Agent ranks first because its $42 monthly plan on annual billing covers up to five team members and includes lead routing, drip campaigns and transaction management. Follow Up Boss is the better choice for teams that buy online leads and need fast, rules-based distribution.
What is the cheapest real estate CRM?
RealOffice360 Essentials Solo is the cheapest verified option at $12 a month billed annually, or $15 monthly. Wise Agent at $42 a month and IXACT Contact at $46.75 a month, both on annual billing, are the next cheapest.
Which real estate CRM has the best lead routing?
Follow Up Boss offers customizable lead distribution on its entry plan, and Wise Agent routes by round robin, source, price point or location. Lofty, CINC and Real Geeks also list lead routing, but CINC keeps advanced routing to its Ramp plan and above.
Is there a free CRM for real estate agents?
None of the 10 CRMs on this list offers a permanent free plan. Wise Agent, Follow Up Boss and RealOffice360 each offer a 14-day free trial.
Why do Lofty, BoldTrail and CINC not show a price?
Their pricing pages ask you to request pricing or book a demo instead of listing plan prices. We mark their prices as pending and rank them on documented features, which lowers their value scores.
